When you book this assessment, you are not talking to a commissioned account executive or a mid-level developer. You are retaining a technical executive for a clinical diagnostic, exactly as you would retain a specialized attorney.

Can we skip the initial diagnostics and just get a proposal?

We require the diagnostic simply because it is impossible to accurately scope or price a custom automation build without analyzing your specific operation first. We completely separate the software engineering from the production build. If your current software lacks the necessary data connections, we expose that liability during the diagnostic and blueprint phases. You find out exactly what the structural limits are before you fund the actual development contract.

Do we have to expose sensitive company data to get started?

Typically, no. We do not need your proprietary records, financials, or private customer data to engineer your systems. We map the mechanical structure of your workflows. We analyze the software platforms you use and the manual steps your staff takes to bridge the gaps between them. We evaluate the structural pipes, not the specific information flowing through them.

In the rare case where access to your data is required, we execute strict non-disclosure agreements and operate directly within your existing security perimeter.

Are we obligated to hire you for the full build after the blueprint?

No. The Viability Assessment, Functional Blueprint and Proof of Concept are completely standalone engagements. 

You are fully authorized to use the resulting documentation. If the diagnostic proves your operations can be automated, you can hire us to execute the final build, hand the technical data to an internal IT team, or do nothing at all. There are no mandatory next steps.
